I've been hiking long enough to know that the planning is half the adventure. Getting your pack dialed in, thinking through every piece of gear, imagining the trail ahead. There's something genuinely satisfying about it.
I'm Tall Joe. I've hiked over 8,000 miles across trails in North America and Europe, and somewhere along the way I started loving the process as much as the hiking itself.
The part that always gave me a little anxiety was the night before. Everything on the floor, reorganized twice, still walking out the door wondering if I'd forgotten the one thing that would matter.
So I built TrekList. Something more useful than a spreadsheet, more customizable, visually appealing, and fast enough that you're not fighting the tool when you should be thinking about the trail.
